A little about me...

Hello. My name is Kassie Stout. I am currently a 7th/8th grade math teacher. I have been working here at Peru Junior-High as a 7th/8th grade math teacher for 5 years. Before I became a math teacher, I was a student at Indiana University Kokomo. 

 

I got into the profession because I have always had an interest in academia and a desire to help people learn. I believe anyone can learn a skill with enough practice and time. Its with this belief that I try to inspire my students to keep an open-mind about math. I try to teach students that struggling does not mean you are "bad" at the skill; it just means you have room to practice and grow.
