Transportation Change Requests

Complete the form below if you are requesting any changes to your student's transportation.

Current transportation will continue and/or Parents will be responsible for transportation until the new request has been processed.
Transportation changes require two (2) school days to process any request submitted.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
The parent/guardian will receive an email or phone notification when requests are processed.
No transportation changes will be processed after May 1st.
