Who Needs This Insurance?
This optional insurance is available and recommended for students in all grades.
Cost:
The cost of the optional student device insurance is $30.62 per device, per year.
Coverage Details:
This comprehensive insurance plan provides coverage for a wide range of incidents, including but not limited to:
- Accidental Damage: Protection against drops, spills, and other unforeseen accidents.
- Mechanical Failure: Covers malfunctions due to internal component failure.
- Unlimited Claims: There is no limit to the number of claims you can make during the coverage period.
- Power Surges: Protection against damage caused by unexpected power fluctuations.

Payments for the student device insurance can be made conveniently through two methods:

- In Person: Payments can be made at the Administration office, located at 35 W 3rd St, Peru, IN 46970, please print and fill out the form below and bring with your payment in exact change or check.
